Free Shipping
Orders of $500 or more ship FREE anywhere in the continental United States via UPS Ground. Most orders that include 2 or more kits of any flooring product will qualify automatically.
Orders Under $500
A flat shipping rate of $29.99 applies to all orders under $500. This covers standard UPS Ground delivery to any address in the lower 48 states.
Handling Time*
We process and ship orders as fast as possible. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Estimated Delivery*
All shipments go out via UPS Ground from our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Typical transit times by region:
- Southwest (AZ, NV, CA, NM, UT, CO): 1–3 business days
- Central US (TX, OK, KS, MO, IL, etc.): 3–4 business days
- Southeast / Midwest: 4–5 business days
- Northeast / Pacific Northwest: 5–7 business days
Shipping Classification
Our epoxy and coating products ship as ORM-D / Limited Quantity via UPS Ground. This classification allows us to ship without hazmat surcharges, keeping costs low for our customers.
Inventory
All products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately by phone and email and either ship available items with a refund for the difference, or hold your order for restocking.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at desertrainepoxy@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned. Contact us to initiate a return.
